We recently discovered Velvet Cream in the Hernando area and have been impressed with their delicious ice cream offerings. The customer service provided by Tommy was exceptional, making our visits even more enjoyable. We appreciate the variety of treats available and the convenience of ordering ahead to save time and money.

I had a 22 dollar order. They took it upon themselves to take a 20 dollar tip from my account without my permission. Absolute POS place. Not worth the crap people.

The food is no higher than most places, and it is so good!! The best milkshakes around and so many flavors to choose from. If you don't like it, stop complaining about it and go somewhere else!

We had ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 1 large purple cow, l med. purple cow , 1 small shake and 2 fries
We had a $40.00 bill and all the food was good fries were so much no l person could eat 1 not only 2.
The fact that we did not get an itemized bill and thought it was too high. No pricing on the bill nor we could hardly see the menu when you came to the drive up.
Food is good pricing should be visible.
Will not stop here again.
