this place lives off hype and the fact there is no quality butcher's or top quality providers so people can actually compare with and see what they are missing. They might, on occasion, have a few more cuts vs Kroger or Fresh Mrkt, but it surely not any better.

My last visit was less than hospitable. I went at 3:30 pm . Asked for a cut of prime rib. Was quickly told we can't cut any meat because we have already cleaned our equipment. I then asked what time do u close. He quickly responded 5 pm. I'll never figure that out. I left. Been a customer 4 many years. Have never encountered such.

I have always bought my filet mignon from Charlie's for many years. They are the best!! I come from Ohio to visit my hometown and take back some filets!!

So polite and courteous to customers. Never bought anything that wasn't great. I like to take my time to look around and not be rushed. They will hold ur items at the counter so u can shop unencumbered until u finish. The butcher is very helpful to answer questions and cut what u want. Thx

This is the place for great meat. Super selection, friendly staff, good fair prices. Not sure how to cook something, ask for mark, he ran a restaurant for over 12 years and is a great resource,

They have awful customer service. I called and asked if they have a cut of meat, and the person responded, "We are out of meat, but you can come look in the store to see if we have what you want."
The phone is literally 2 feet from the cooler. The person answering the phone could have turned around and looked in two seconds, but instead was snarky and rude.
Don't give them your business.

It's CHARLIE'S, a history of honesty, great meats, excellent Customer Service. When the City's Police and Fire Departments shop there, that speaks volumes.
