Great food, good service.

Ordered takeout and it was terrible. The fish was buried in the batter, way to salty and fried extremely hard. The vegetables had no seasoning at all. Will not be revisting.

Prices were far more than listed on website, excuse given was web not updated. Sorry excuse, food dried out, not edible. Skip this place, you will be glad u did.

I am not really big on meat but I wanted to try this Buffet happily I can report I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the restaurant the friendliness of the staff and the seasoning of the food I stuffed myself looking forward to going back soon

I have never seen such a poorly staffed restaurant. As I was leaving the restaurant today with my husband I noticed a young man with glasses and a young woman who we believe we’re both cashiers spouting profanities back-and-forth with each other. We have come in three times and every time we have come in we have experienced foul language. The only good part of our visit today was the gentleman who seated us and rang us up. His name was Bo and in the three times that we have been to your restaurant he is the only one who has ever helped us out with anything. My husband uses a walking cane and Mr. Bo helped him refill his drinks. And before we went to our table today he was the only one who has Ever taken the time to explain to us how the Buffay actually works. We will not be back.

All the food was cold , under seasoned and just left a lot to be desired. At 15.00 a person it was totally unacceptable I wouldn’t have paid 5.00 for it had I known this in advance. The health department would flunk them based on the temperatures alone but it goes much deeper than the food

Ordered 2 turkey Thanksgiving dinners
Prime rib was supposed to be med rare came out really super well done was supposed to pick the order up at 1030 am did not get the dinners until after 1108 it was bad the pudding pudding was runny like waters not happy costs Ab 150 dollars for stuff that wasn't very good ti
Urkey was ok turnip greens ok but lids were broke leak in trunk of my car

I liked the food vegetable were good chicken was fire 🔥 the meatloaf was good but I love my desserts and I was disappointed the Cobbler was dried out no cake all or cookies but there were different toppings for the ice cream I would eat there again.

I heard Brickhouse Buffet was a good place to eat. My husband and I live in Hardeman County Tn. We ususally go to to CHOW TIME BUFFET> but we deciced to give this place a try. Well I wish we went to CHOW TIME now. We paid 10.99 each for a meal that was terrible. We came out HUNGRY> we arrived at 3:18 pm on 08/28/2019. My husband looked at everything but alot of stuff was DRIED out and HARD. The Meatloaf looked awful. we tried a few things like the GREENS the were TERRIBLE and Sweet potatoes was awful. Fish was just ok. nothing tasted right. I went and asked the girl about the pepper sauce all she did was POINT to the bottles next to the salad bar. well thanks for NOTHING

The food is very good; they keep the buffet hot and full; employees are extremely nice and friendly; if the filet or prime rib is not done enough for you they will happily take some slices back to the kitchen and cook it a little more to your liking without any fuss.
