We just left this restaurant. Our experience was just awful.

First, they advertised a happy hour starting at 3 PM with margaritas for $6.99. We ordered them but were told the margarita machine was not in operation. The service was very slow. The waitress suggested an unfrozen margarita which my wife and daughter ordered at the waitress's suggestion. They were not good and were not drinkable. The waitress said they did not have a bartender.
We managed to finish the meal while trying to keep flies away. I was astonished when I saw the price of the margaritas were $31. I ask for an adjustment to the happy hour price and was refused. To add insult to injury my ticket had a service charge for using a credit card. I told the waitress I would not be back, and she smiled and walked away. This is no way to run a business!!!!
