The service is always so comforting and welcoming at this wing spot in Memphis. The chicken is cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious, worth every penny. The atmosphere may be a bit warm without working air conditioning, but the flavorful wings and friendly staff make it the best spot in Memphis for a satisfying meal.

The people that answer the phone is rude. Next thing when u call and ask do they have okra they say yes but when u arrive there is none that's poor service

I love Adeline's Hotwing meals they are great and the fish, but the young people in there do need to be trained in customer service. The last time I went, the young lady at the register did have a better attitude and the young men that were cooking weren't just standing around back there playing. I called today and someone did answer the phone but, I could not place my large order until later today, I would have to call back at 2:45pm to place the order when I called in at 12:30pm. I guess that was an improvement because for a long time they weren't taking call-in orders over the phone. Love their food though.

My mouth is watering just thinking about the hot wings. Always the right amount of hotness and crispy. OMG! So good. Prices have increased a bit. Still affordable but don't get it as often as I used to.

Got hotwings. They were yuck. Old, cooked probably 2 or 3 days ago and heated in the microwave. Fries seems to be reheated also. The carrot and celery were good and cruncy but extra extra skinny. First time there and Won't go back.

I went to adline hot wing today and waited in line with one person in front of me with a call in order and it take her 15 min to ring him up and put his food in a bag. Two customers had left n came back and they stood behind me. She finally finished the customer in front of me and than skip all ova me and went to the people behind me as if I wasn't standing there and this was the manager. The owner need to train his manager because she have no social or customer service skill. That why the employee have bad customers service skills. But I guess the owner is making so much money that he can stand to lose $100.00 or more dollars a day. To top it all I had a call in order too. So adline hot wing you don't hap to worry abt me anymore I'm take my business and money else where senses adline is so rich n don't need my business. Why are your open. But if it was my business I'll clean house starting with the manager with bad customers service and slow as molasses an the winter time. How she going to trained anyone?

Adlines have the BEST wings SOMETIMES. The last time i went there , my wings were burnt and really awful. They went up on their prices and their wings arent even good as they used to be. Then the little wanches at the register are the worst !!

the customer service do suck the cashier must not be a ppl person she just take your cash thats all she do the school call in their order for a 50piece almost 3hrs ahead of time when i get there i still had to wait 20-25mins on the order if i call in my order that long ago i donot want to wait that long once i pay for the food i guess it takes time to be perfect

Went their on a Saturday night at 9 pm and was told they were not taking any more orders and they are open from 11:00am till 12:00am on a Saturday night and i was going to place a $200.00 order with them but i guess aim white i cant order there after 9:00pm if i was the owner i would hire older people to run my res taunt in stead of young and dumb people but i guess the owner dint mind missing out on money but it"s OK i found another hot wing place to fill my order even tho i and my workers love Ad lines Hot wings they have lost our business now and forever will never buy from them Agin sorry Adlines hope you get your act together well miss your wings and oakra

Five Star rating is only for the food itself. Wait time and customer service is awful. Call in orders are even worst...they state 30 minutes, you show up and wait another 20-40 minutes. The young ladies taking the orders have really bad attitudes....guess they are being worked tooooooo hard.

They have good food! Sometimes they fry the wings too long and they be hard but overall the food is good! Just need to get them young girls from up there! They have attitude problems and are not friendly! The worst customer service ever

I live in East memphis & I drive all the way across town (25 minutes) to get their hotwings. They are the bomb! I will not go to any other hotwings restaurant because they simply don't compare. I rate Adline's by far the best!

This is "THE BESTEST" Chicken I have ever eaten!!!!
Ate there while on vacation from North Carolina and fell in love with the seasoned wings! Please open an Adline's in Fayetteville, North Carolina!!!
