We used to love McAllisters Bartlett Tn. I tried to call several times to place my order and no one answered the phone. We went up there and the once very busy place was almost empty. Employees were unprofessional laughing and talking and got a couple orders wrong while I waited on mine. Sad to say this location will probably be closed soon.

@8:15 chairs are put on top of tables Rap music turned up in the kitchen and they could care less if they take your order. It seems to me if you close at 9 pm you should start closing at 9:01.This store has been declining for years and seems to have hit Rock bottom. Do yourself a favor and drive to wolfchase.

I come to this location once a week . Today I brought my my mom and grand daughter to eat . I ordered the half club with potato for my mom and myself my sandwich had bad tomatoes and one bite of ham and the same for Turkey potato was cold . I spoke to them and ask for potato salad instead and showed the manager the sandwich and she didn't offer to.fix another to make me happy just walked off. Tables were all dirty. I had left a 15 % tip on the front end for what not sure had to get up and ask for refill on drink. No one in the front.

We've patronized this particular McAlister's since it opened here in Bartlett and have seen it steadily decline in the quality of food and service, in what appears to be new management. No more evident than in this evening meal. Both our meals (hot sandwiches and soup) were served cold/lukewarm at best. One sub was sent back and instead of new toast being added, the whole sub was microwave and re-served!
Plenty of servers behind the counter, but only one taking/filling take out orders. Another one waiting tables, other four playing with what appeared to be "manager"!
Patronize at your own risk, we we won't be going back!
