The Italian food at this establishment is truly delicious and of high quality. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a good experience for customers. While the exterior may not be impressive, the authentic Italian dishes offered here are definitely worth trying.

Were there 8/15 in the afternoon for birthday with family! Great food, dessert and the best wonderful service. Treated like family. Thank you was not enough for the pleasure we had!

Bottom line...... The food really is good but your best bet is to get it to go because the dining experience is very hit and miss.

I had salad, lasagna and drinks...the food was outstanding, the staff were friendly and I recommend Rizzi's to anyone looking for great food and entertainment! Can't wait to try something different next time I go!
Outstanding service and the chef even came to my table to make sure I was happy with my meal...I plan on going again real soon!

We decided we wanted to try the place because we heard they had great pizza...We arrive about 8pm...About 30 minutes passed and after having a couple rounds and an appetizer we decided to order our pizza...10 minutes after placing our pizza order we were told we had to pay a $5 cover each to stay and eat the pizza we ordered because the band was starting at 9pm...I have never had this happen where existing customers in the rest. were asked to pay for the band if we intended to stay...When we complained we were told that we could ask the bands permission to stay and eat, and if they were ok with it, then we could stay...Needless to say we tabbed out and left before getting our food...I hate that we did not get to try the pizza,..But, we wont be back after this!!!!

Rizzi’s – The ABSOLUTE WORST! We went into Rizzi’s for the first time tonight, Saturday, April 30, 2011, oh and it is most certainly the last.
The initial greeting was great. Once we sat down the waitress took our order without writing anything down, not normally a problem. She brought out our appetizer, and two of the three meals ordered and said, enjoy your meal..
I waited about 5 minutes and then asked her if our pizza was coming out and she told me that she never heard me order it and that she would get it in immediately. Not too worry or so I thought. About 10 minutes later she came back out and said it would be right out, by now of course half of the table has completed their meals. Now another 30 minutes had gone by and she finally brought out our pizza. It literally took over an hour to get one pizza.
Then came the bill – no discount, no compensation, nothing, not even an apology. I will never go back and I will spread this story as much as possible…
By the way, the food was ok, mediocre…
