• Made from scratch in the butcher’s kitchen this dinner done easy entree is jammin mon, made with boneless chicken thighs marinated in a blend of curry, onions, ginger, jalapenos, coconut milk and lime juice for 24 hours. Then sautéed with red and green bell peppers, yellow onions, then stewed over low heat for two hours with our house-made chicken stock, coconut milk and russet potatoes until the potatoes are nice and tender and start to thicken the curry. This is served with coconut rice, kidney beans and a touch of fresh thyme, yea mon! Feeds three to five people.
