• Gluten free. This flavors begins with a rich ganache made with organic 70% dark chocolate and blended into our base. Pint.

• Roasted Banana $12.00
• Gluten free. Fresh bananas are cooked down until the sugars have absorbed into the fruit, then combined with base and spun. Pint.

• Burnt Brown Sugar $12.00
• Gluten free. We use organic brown sugar with a high molasses content to achieve this flavor's sweetness. It is then burned until the flavor is similar to the top of a creme brulee or the skin of a roasted marshmallow. Pint.

• Gluten free. Fresh, organic lavender flowers are used in this recipe and cold-steeped in our base. Honey is added for sweetness. Pint.

• Gluten free. Our base is infused for at least 24-hours with organic vanilla extract to achieve its flavor profile. Pint.

• Contains nuts. Has almonds. A classic flavor with chunks of marshmallow and chopped almonds, mixed into our milk chocolate ice cream. Pint.

• Has gluten. This flavor is a favorite among our younger patrons and those who are young at heart! Crushed sandwich cookies and ice cream base make up this simple, but sweet tooth-satisfying flavor. Pint.

• Coffee Toffee $12.00
• Contains nuts. Has almonds. We cold-brew boulder organic coffee (an affiliate of Boyer's coffee) in our base for at least 24 hours before straining and spinning. We add ground English toffee chunks for crunch and sweetness. Pint.

• Has eggs. We use fresh-squeezed lemons to make our curd from scratch, finished with flecks of lemon zest. Pint.
