- Corn Burritos
- Four corn tortillas filled with refried beans, cheese, fried then topped with mild chilies and melted cheese, green onions, diced tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.
- Sampler Plate
- This plate includes two quesadilla slices, two crispy mini beef or chicken taquitos, two poppers and two mini bean & cheese chimi burritos. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
- Chicken Wings
- Six chicken wings served with a side of Ranch Dressing.
- Poppers
- Six fried jalapeños filled with cream cheese. Served with a side of Ranch Dressing.
- Spicy Bean Dip
- Made with a smooth blend of cheese, beans, chorizo and spices.
- Mini Bean & Cheese Chimi Burritos
- Six mini bean and cheese chimi burritos. Served with a side of guacamole and sour cream.
- Potato Skins
- Six potato wedges topped with melted cheese, bacon and onions. Served with a side of Ranch Dressing.
- Quesadillas
- Made with two flour tortillas, melted cheese, green onions and mild chilies. Served with sour cream and guacamole. Add meat for an additional charge.
- Taquitos
- Six mini crispy beef or chicken taquitos served with sour cream and guacamole.
- Fiesta Sampler Plate
- This plate includes four quesadilla slices, four potato skins, four mini taquitos (beef or chicken), four poppers, four mini bean & cheese chimi burritos and mini nachos. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
- SALADS & TOSTADAS
- Mandarin Salad
- Fresh mixed greens, scallions, carrots, chopped almonds, crispy rice noodles, wontons, and sliced mandarin oranges. Tossed in an Asian Sesame dressing.
- Santa Barbra Salad
- Fresh greens served in a crispy tomato tortilla shell, then topped with diced tomatoes, corn, onions, cheese, avocado, sour cream and tossed in Thousand Island dressing.
- Santa Fe Chef Salad
- A crispy flour shell filled with shredded lettuce, cheese, black olives, tomatoes, avocado, mild chilies, shredded beef, and shredded chicken. Served with a side of dressing.
- Tostadas
- A choice of: Shredded Beef, Shredded Chicken, Pork, Bean & Cheese, or Vegetables. Served in a crispy flour shell with beans, lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, and black olives. Topped with sour cream and guacamole.
- Charbroiled Salad
- A bed of mixed greens topped with avocado, cheese, sliced egg, tomatoes, onions, and black olives. Served with a side of dressing.
- Fajita Tostadas
- Served in a crispy flour shell with beans, lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes and black olives. Topped with sour cream and guacamole.

- Fresh greens served in a fried tomato tortilla shell, topped with tomatoes, black olives, corn, red onions, rice, diced avocado and tossed in Cilantro Dressing and drizzled with BBQ sauce.

- A flour tortilla filled with a choice of Apple or Peach. Fried then covered with caramel sauce and whipped cream. Served with a side of ice cream.

- Mexican custard topped with a caramelized sauce and whipped cream.
