succulent meats, specially the smoked pork. The white rice is the best I have ever tried (they use manteca) and you can tell by the delicious flavor. the only caveat, they are supper busy during lunch hour so plan to be waiting to get your food about 20-25 minutes.

The food here is ALWAYS AMAZING. Best place to eat in Hialeah Gardens, Medley & Hialeah!
From their Carne Con Papas to their Rabo Encendido. YUM. They give you HUGE portions for the price you pay and depending on your appetite you can eat twice or share one. Go eat @ Surez BBQ Today.
