I enjoyed the cochinillo at Sancho, especially the tender and crispy texture. My son chose to celebrate his Birthday there specifically for this dish, and it didn't disappoint. Reservations are necessary, and the cochinillo must be preordered with a deposit, but the whole experience was worth it. The portions of the sides could have been more generous, but overall, it was a great place for a celebration.
