There's a charming Chinese restaurant in Hialeah that feels just like visiting my grandparents' home, with incredible, fresh food and attentive service. After rediscovering it nearly 21 years later, I was thrilled to find everything just as delicious as I remembered, especially the honey garlic chicken and special fried rice, which my whole family loves.
