While the food and service were excellent , I have one gripe about the restaurant. We had to wait 1hour and 45 min. for a table ! We would have left just like other angry customers did but we had a gift certificate to use on our dinner. If we could have taken it somewhere else we would have. When we arrived we were told there would be a 30 min wait. People who were calling in for tables just before arriving were being seated before us ! That's unacceptable !!! We won't be going there again nor recommending Stonefire Bistro to anyone.

This is not your run of the mill dining establishment. Pizza was stonefired, the bread is made on site, the staff was perfect and all at a resonalbe price. Mi=ust try the calamari at the beginning ang the apple(forgot what they called it) special dessert to top it off. Must see the cement bar.
