I can't believe it but the food is excellent, hamburgers great fish excellent just wish we were a bit closer to order more often. Also is cheaper then other fast foods.

I just had the wrist experience at the Hamburg Dairy Queen. I ordered a medium twist cone that didn't even fill up the cone. I was told it was to the ounce and it perfect. I was told that the ice cream didn't go to the edge of the cone because those are drip holes. None of the servers were wearing gloves when serving the ice cream nor were they wearing their masks correctly all of them had their nose is exposed. The gentleman who served ice cream said he's been doing it for 20 years"¦ He also said that the Howell dairy queen gets complaints from corporate all the time for serving two large of cones. I also asked for a lid for the blizzard we ordered and instead of giving me a lid that would accommodate the blizzard he gave me a flat lid for a shake. The gentleman was completely unprofessional when talking with me. they lost a customer for life I'll never be back.
