This ice cream shop in Monroe holds a special place in my heart, as I've been visiting it since I was a kid. Their tornado with Reese's and Snickers is always a favorite treat of mine, packed with generous amounts of candy. The soft serve itself is delicious, and I also enjoy their flavor burst cones for a fun twist on the classic treat.
