Rusty and I go to Roma's often, and love their food! The service is great and waitress couldn't be nicer! We often get takeout pizza on days I work, they are also excellent! Always get your moneys worth!

I ordered a Chicken dinner. We were traveling in the area and was told this place was great. After entering the restaurant I over heard the old lady a the counter tell another customer that people like myself (of color) was beginning to come to the restaurant. I ignored their conversation and went to the counter to pick up my order. I did not feel comfortable but got it any way. After leaving and down the road we found no napkins no silverware or salt and pepper. We paid over $17.00 for the one dinner and did not feel welcome. I called back to let them know no fork or napkins wS in the bag and the lady was rude screamed at me and hung up the phone. We decided not to even eat their food. We gave it to the seagulls at the park. What a waste. Don't go to this mom and pop Italian restaurant if your not white. You Won't be treated with respect. I hope you listen to our recommendation. I can't comment on the food. But if the food is any way like the service it will be awful....GOOD LUCK trusting these people at this resturant. Terrible Experience.

I was in last Sunday and ordered a couple slices my first time being I just moved to Bay City. It was about little bit after 11 no customers as I sat at the counter and waited on my slices I watch through the window as he put the slices in the microwave which I was very surprised which tells me it could have been made yesterday or the day before who knows when it was made.after the microwave he then put it into the pizza oven to make it crispy again which in turn burnt the edges and some of the cheese who were the cheese tasted like plastic being a cook and chef myself for over 20 years I was appalled needless to say I would never give them more than one star or recommend them to anyone for their food tasted like crap..

The best Italian food around! I have been going to Roma's for quite sometime and the food quality and very reasonable pricing. From breakfast to dessert and everywhere in between they can't be beat!

I've been a regular since i was a baby going with my grandfather and to this day it's my favorite restaurant. If we have a family occasion i can feed all our kids, their spouses and grandkids with a party pizza! 🕠mmmmm the best
