Love the Smyrna Bar! The owners took a falling apart, dying bar (the previous owner was selling for a reason) and turned it around. The menu is so good with special burgers and their weekend specials always change and you can tell they put a lot of thought into it. Live music every weekend and they opened their back yard recently with a grassy area, lawn games and a stage. WE LOVE IT THERE. Ignore the haters in the reviews, some people just can't deal with change.

We were at the Smyrna bar this past weekend. It was always a "must stop" on our trip home. This time the service was very poor, and the staff was running around like crazy! It took 15 minutes to get a drink, and almost an hour to get food. I felt sorry for our server, because they really were trying. After very poor service, (due to no organization) I found out the servers do NOT GET THE TIPS! The owners keep them. If you go, be prepared for a bad experience, but it's management, not the help. Still tip, just slip them something under the table. They're the ones who serve you, NOT the owners.

This establishment was one of the best dive bars in the area. High drink volume with a large clientele. New owner gentrified the place and ran it into the ground.

Love the food. The burritos are the best I've had. Great food and drink specials daily. Fun theme nights on the weekends. Nice atmosphere. Staff is friendly.

Service at night is ornery and rude, the food a simple grilled cheese was,cold & toasted (not grilled), Hot Beef plate was, leathery meat, rubbery bread and a piece of stainless steel dish scrubber in the mashed potatoes.I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

food is amazing , service is great always a good time ...can't believe how many choices of booze they have ..fun theme nights , hot music , and always a good deal on food and drinks

I dine here often , they have a crew dedicated to top quality food and service , the place is always clean , well stocked with choices and has great deals and prices ...the burgers and dinners are my favorites..and the night entertainment is fun and hard to beat

Food was good enough. Took an hour 40 minutes too get most of the Meal. One order was wrong. Another not gotten for another half hour.
