Wow, the food at Benton Harbor Chicken Coop is absolutely amazing! I had the 8 piece chicken strips, fried okra, Mac n cheese, and sweet potato pie - all freshly made and incredibly delicious. The service was fantastic, and I couldn't get enough of their chicken and mashed potatoes. The drive-thru may be the only option, but trust me, it's well worth it for this mouthwatering meal!

Ordered a hot wing meal. The wings was not edible. Completely dry and extremely over sauced. The dinner roll had an odd taste to it and the Cole slaw something in it that wasn't chewable. Only thing that was worth eating was the mashed potatoes. And the guy working the window was very polite. Wasted my 14.00 on this meal.

Called in order the mature voiced lady was rude when I changed the order,didn't take My order and then hung up on me

I got 16 wings and fries the chicken was dry and the flour on the chicken was hard and flaking off and taste it like burnt flour a waste of my money wish I could send a picture

Since they have been under the new management the last few years. Things have been great. The food is great. They try and get you in and out.

I have never ever had a problem with Chicken Coop, until today. I waited at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru (which is typical for my large order) to get home and have the most dried up chicken I ever had the displeasure of tasting. I attempted to call the Benton Harbor location back a few times, but they won't answer.
