I've never had a problem with this Pizza Hut, and I order often. Delivery does take a ridiculous amount of time, but they tell you that. And then they're usually early, if not right on time. Never gotten a cold pizza. People tend to only review if they had an extremely bad or extremely good experience. My experience has been just fine. Food is good, staff is okay. My only complaint is their menu says their pasta is enough for two, but I think it's just a little more than enough for one. But that's not this franchise's fault, that's corporate.

I wish I had read reviews on other sides before I ordered. I was told my order would take 1 1/2 hours on a Tuesday early evening! After 1 hour and 50 minutes I called. I was told my order was out so it should arrive soon. No one was concerned in the least. After 1 hour and 55 minutes the food arrived. Cold of course.
