The managers are very rude and don't do their jobs. Seems like half the staff is more interested in flirting than getting orders right, but that's the "Wendy's way"

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, THEY HAD THE ORDER ACCURATE, FOOD TASTED FRESH AND HOT, FINALLY A PLACE TO SATISFY MY WHOLE FAMILY, COMPARING TO OTHER PLACES AROUND THAT AREA WERE WE HAD MISSING ITEMS, AND COLD FOOD, THIS HAS TO GET 10 STARS BUT I AM ONLY ALLOWED 5, WILL RETURN IN A HEARTBEAT, THANK YOU TO THE FRIENDLY STAFF AND MANAGEMENT DATE OF OUR IN STORE MEAL. Arrived around 1:00pm. Ordered 2 small apple pecan salads. The order was short items. First after noticing, short pecans. Went back up to get them. Then noticed we were short the salad dressing. Went back to counter for that. After completing our meal and sitting there talking with church friends, hardly any customers, we noticed that several tables were dirty. All trash containers were over flowing. This isn't the first time I've complained about this particular location. I stop at the Coldwater location also. Coldwater has their act together. I associate with several family members and friends at Hillsdale location. I have finally reached the end of my rope with Wendy's in Hillsdale. I will be trying my best to convince my family and friends meet at your competitor down the street on those Friday's. Along with this complaint another that comes to mind....several times, to place order and receive order takes a long time. I've observed people leave because of the wait time. Time to look at manager and better training of staff.
