The food and staff are pretty good, but sometimes they seem a bit overwhelmed and short-staffed. I understand that many of the employees are young and still learning, so no hard feelings there. A larger, more experienced team could really make a big difference!

I've lived in some very large cities with many choices of pizza places and I was surprised ordering from a small town hole in the wall pizza eatery how good the pizza really is. My wife and I normally have to order extra cheese because of how chinsey places can be, not the case with the Pizza Box they have a good amount. Prices are a little high, but you have to expect that because they don't have the volume a chain establishment does. Maybe a few more pizza specials using coupons would be nice, we would order more often if a coupon page was available?

The food is very good, but can't get over the price, and the wait. As usual, to pick up is 10 minutes, but a delivery in town is over an hour. Why the big difference between the two? I've walked away from this place it seems a few dozen times over the past few months for poor, or extremely slow service. Had experienced hour plus pick up, and near two hour delivery times on what would normally be slow days, and went elsewhere for lots less, and less than half the wait...sorry, but I'm unimpressed
