My pizza was over an hour and a half late on July 11th, I was told my pizza would be refunded with a free meal. I talked to the same manager and she said she doesn't have it written down. This is awful because I am a Non-Stop mr. Scrib's Pizza buyer. I love mr. Scribs and it is the best pizza in the world. But when I have terrible terrible terrible service and the manager acknowledges that my pizza was delivered in one hour and 47 minutes that I get a free meal. I called for my free meal tonight and I was told that she had no recollection of this ever happening so then I ordered with my own money a pizza and she told me no, she would not deliver me pizza. Grand Haven mr. Scrib's is the worst run pizza store ever. They have amazing Pizza, and I order at least once a month but I was told I could not order any more tonight. I will never order pizza from this Grand Haven location again. The manager is not managing. Terrible service

streak fries are real steak not potatoes
