I'm a local and one day a tourist asked, "where can we get a good salad, and I proceeded to recommend Ida Red's,What a mistake, that I will never make again. I called to find out if they were open and a girl answered, I said that I wondered what salads were on the board, she said "just come in and look at the board" and hung up on me.Being a business owner myself I then called back to inform the owner how rudely I was treating, just trying to refer someone to them
A man answered and I said "Could I speak to your manager or the owner please" He says, "I can help you" I repeated, "are you the manager?" He says" I can help you", he wouldn't say who he was. So I said , Someone hung up on me and I was only trying to refer someone to you, he then said"I DON'T NEED ANYONE REFERRED, YOU F******* B****, I said, Excuse me, and he said, YOUR JUST A F****** B**** AND THEN HUNG UP.So much for being local& Kind.

this spot is great! the food is sooooooooo tasty and healthy too. all homemaid, service is very great idk what the others complain about if u show respect and good reasion they are more then nice. just because u spend money there does not mean u are get what u want allthe time . also no changing the menu its way too busy ! the people there are wonderfull!

Very small restaurant but exceptional food, and friendly staff. We have never had to wait long for our food, and are often amazed on how quick they manage get their delicious food out to your table. We are locals and know that waits can be long, that's why we are there by or before 8 a.m. if we want to eat breakfast - if you want lunch come in before noon or just after 1. They close at 2 p.m. - plan on arriving no later then 1:30 if you want to be served. Varied menu - breakfast served all day. If you aren't hungry you will be when you walk by and smell the aroma coming from their kitchen. Yummy!!!!!

The service here is unacceptable. There is almost always a long wat - they inform of this (there are signs, etc.). However, the long wait is not the issue. A wait may be worth it if you get to interact with pleasant people who like their jobs at the end of it all, but these people don't care. They do not care about service. They do not care about courtesy. They do not care about the customer. They do not care if you are there or not. Never mind that it's your money you're spending at their establishment. They don't care. The cold vibe you get is that you somehow owe them for the priviledge of letting you eat there. I thought maybe this was just a one-time experience and that I just went there on a bad day. Not so. I tried more than once. More than twice. But not anymore.
