The food here is always fresh and delicious, especially the Stromboli, which I can't get enough of. On busy days, the wait can be longer, but the quality is worth it, and I love their garlic knots and pizza options. Each visit brings back memories, and it's a must-stop whenever I'm back in the area; I always leave satisfied!

The day after my mobile home burnt, I went there for lunch to meet up with the Red Cross and when the employees found out about it, they would not let me pay for my munchkin pizza and they also gave me a gift certificate! I want to thank everyone at Reed City Pompeii's for their generosity! They have always been really nice and their food is good! Thank You!

No reason to take an hour for my delivery I live close but have a broken leg. To top it off deliver cold food. You are somewhat pricey for bad service. My brother also had the owner throw his pizza on the counter and throw his change on top without saying a word. Had it been me I would have asked for a refund. If I get cold food again I will not support this business.

First and last time eating here Ordered 2 subs. One chicken club the other a French dip. The French dip the beef looked like it came out of a Carl budding pack and was so dried up from going open face through the oven. No cheese or anything on it. Probably the worst french dip I ever had.

I known this place since it first opened. I seen many faces of employees come and go - The prices are average compared to other pizza places and their food's good. I love their crust and sauce.They were polite and provide decent service. They do their best with limited employees. In my observation, the place needs to be remodeled/upgraded.

The pizza is pretty good. The prices are a little high. I have not had any orders messed up. The last time I was in was on a Sunday in Feb. of 2014. The tables were beyond dirty. They were filthy! Leftover food, garbage, empty pizza pans with crusts on them, dirty, used plates... There was one, ONE small, two person table that was decent enough to sit and converse with my friend. There were very few people in the restaurant. It was not busy at all. I was appalled. I am kind of dreading going back this coming Sunday, as this is where I have to go for a board meeting...

Tables are dirty. They screw up orders A LOT! Their regular cashier is very rude. I called back on an order which they screwed up and a worker answered the phone saying "well what do you want me to do about it?" Very rudely. NOT impressed. I can hear them complain about customer while they are in the kitchen and customers seem like a hassle to the employees.

past 4 times of choosing my local reed city Pompeii's I have had complications with simple orders. the time i dined in it was dirty, tables were full of crumbs trash can was over flowing, and the girl was just standing at the counter......there was only two customers in the building she could have been wiping something down, another complication i had was brown slimy lettuce on my sandwich when i had said something they claimed it was always like that. not the pompeiis i remember......no i dont ever recall brown slimy lettuce on a sub......because if so i would never order it again. my most recent issue, i had ordered a it took like 40-45 minutes, my salad was all wrong, when we had called to explain to them that the salad was wrong the girl answering the phone said "what do you want me to do about it???" with an attitude. personally id like the salad that i paid for the way i wanted it.... its not like i am asking you to cut off your own limb....just wanted my salad that is it. i called to talk to an "assistant manager" this person apparently isn't allowed to take complaints and all this person could do was chuckle after everything i said like i am some sort of comedian...so recently after these 4 times of error, poor customer service, and the one time cleanliness issue. i have decided if i want pizza i will go to pizza hut and if i want a sub i will go to sub way.
