The food at this island cafe is truly exceptional, offering a lot more quality for just a little more money. The coffee is wonderful, the homemade Italian pastries are a must-have, and the owners are sincere and welcoming, making it a great spot to grab high-end food and drink products while on Drummond Island.

We made our first trip to Drummond Island last summer (2008). There are not too many restaurants to choose from on the island so we stopped at the grocery store and inquired of the first person we saw in the parking lot for a good place to eat. He recommended the Port of Call Restaurant, Sport Shop, Hardware, Gift Shop, Bakery, and Fudge Store. We were not disappointed! The menu is complete with nearly everything you could want for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The service was prompt and the food was brought to the table hot. It was good tasting and well presented. The portions were more than adequate. The owner, Mike, came out to talk to us and we learned that he does all of the cooking and baking. As we left we bought some fudge and he was the person behind the counter. We are definitely looking for an opportunity to return.
