Caribou Lodge, located near our weekend accommodations, was a convenient choice for dinner. We savored the gnocchi with Italian sausage and the flavorful ravioli, both showcasing homemade pasta and delicious fillings. Chef Kevin's expertise in crafting pasta dishes was evident in the soft gnocchi and the rich, cheesy ravioli. Our group of three enjoyed a pleasant dining experience at the lodge, appreciating the cozy ski lodge ambiance and friendly service.
