The breakfast I enjoyed was absolutely unforgettable, especially the Morning Mix-up and the homemade Heath cookies. With friendly service and delicious meals at reasonable prices, this charming diner is a must-visit for anyone in the area.

Best place to go get a bite to eat everything is home maid breakfast lunch and dinner I love it all !!! I've been going since I was a little girl with my grandma n grandpa Millie n Martin ketola seriously the best family feeding place :)

Well, the reviewer who gave the low rating obviously wasn't interested in talking to the waitresses! But you got even with the Nite Owl, didn't you? I've been there every year for the last 4 and this is a great place for breakfast and probably any meal, but I've only been there for breakfast. Friendly people and the waitress I talked to has worked there since a teen, and let's just say she is now much older. The place was originally called the "Nite Owl" and was open 24/7 when business was booming in the town. Then things changed AS DID THE NAME and it went through about 4 name changes. But everyone still called it the "Nite Owl" (you know how that goes) so they changed the name back to the Nite Owl.

Great place! Try it! (and they close at 8PM, not 7:30)

This restaurant is a jewel. The food is excellent and the waitress very friendly and helpful. I've gone there every year I've been going to the UP and will go back again. Love the town too.

They call themselves the Nite Owl but close at 7:30...I'm pretty sure you're suppose to be open late if you call yourself the "Nite" Owl! Food wasn't that spectacular. Don't think I'll ever waste my time and money there ever again!
