During my stay at the hotel, my husband and I decided to give Big E's a try. The quesadilla I ordered was absolutely delicious, and the girls working there, including Kimi, Vivia, and Peyton, provided exceptional service. The pizza pinwheels were a must-try, and our server, Mel, was sweet and attentive throughout our meal. Overall, Big E's impressed us with their amazing food, great service, and cozy atmosphere.

I don't usually write reviews, but I must relay that our stay would not have been as nice without our server, Wendy. She was extremely attentive to our every need. Thank you Wendy.

Every time, my husband and I have dined at your restaurant; we have both walked out of there HAPPY, FULL and AMMUSED. We enjoy all the televisions and watching SPORTS. The wait staff have been FABULOUS!! Thank you!!

Last week, based on the fact that you have the best wings in town, I went to your establishment for dinner. The wings were visibly over cooked and dry. Even worse than the food was the inexcusable, repeated no shows and slow shows of your wait staff which continued well after the number of customers had considerably thinned. I neither complained about the food or commented on the slow service not wishing for your employee's performance to worsen. I did, however, write on the credit slip exactly why there was no tip. Needless to say this was my first and last visit to Big E's and have made a point of telling everyone I know in Midland to rethink eating there. Shame on you.

Had the worst service ever, the waiter BOY #713 Nicholas, Dec 29'13, 03:19pm, was horrible, waited on everyone else besides me, never checked on how my food was, had to ask the manager for BBQ sauce and when I asked for the bill, again, he waited on everyone else. After 25 minutes of waiting to get the bill I had to wave the bill in front of his face to pay, he was 5 feet from me, he took it, made change and tossed the folder back onto the table. I will encourage my family never to go there again. Too bad too because I love to watch sports! If Nicholas doesn't like his job maybe he should look elsewhere (dishwasher). Midland has gone to the dogs, it used to be some place to be proud to be from. What a shame!
