The wife and i were in this place June 6th. I don't know how long they have been in business but i don't think they will last long. First of all if rib's arn't SMOKED, they are not rib's but just some meat on a bone. The rib's should fall off the bone when done. These are NOT good rib's. In the second place, barb. sauce should be thick and stick to the meat. The barb. sauce in this place was runny and ran OFF the meat. Third, doesn't matter what you order, you should get a plate for your food rather than eating off the platter the so-called food come's out on. You cook rib's low and slow until they fall off the bone and then use a sweet heavy sauce that stick's to the rib's.
If you people don't take another look at how your operating, you won't be in business much longer. And shouldn't be.
