I'm thrilled I chose Rosie's during my brief visit to Holland instead of The Biscuit. The carne asada torta was the best I've ever had, with tender meat, fresh lettuce, and perfectly balanced bread holding it all together. Even though the exterior may be unassuming, the authentic flavors and friendly service make it a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Mexican food.

I'm thrilled I chose to visit Rosie's during my short time in Holland instead of another spot. The torta I had was absolutely incredible, with tender carne asada, crispy lettuce, and the perfect bread holding it all together. The authentic flavors and friendly service made it a memorable dining experience, and I can't wait to return for more!
