When I walked into this cozy spot, I was immediately struck by the strong military, police, and fire support vibe - being a Navy veteran, it felt like home. The food was outstanding, from the fluffy omelette packed with savory goodness to the best biscuits and gravy I've ever tasted, all made fresh and homemade.

The food here is amazing at Pure Country. It has that home town vibe. It has become our favorite restaurant when we visit the UP. The staff are very attentive and the food always hot. The portion sizes are generous. You never leave hungry. They have the best Pasties I have ever had. The homemade bread you can buy to go is so fresh and delicious. I highly recommend you check this place out!

Love eating here and on the Gunslinger side. I have NEVER had a bad meal. Staff is always friendly. I have had breakfast here as well and if you leave hungry that is your fault. You can not go wrong by choosing here to eat!

The huge Strait burger is the best. My husband enjoys the surf&turf. The staff is always very helpful. It's very cheerful.

This in my new favorite restaurant in the Sault. I've eaten there many time and never had bad service or food. Generous portions. Friendly waitresses. Had great steaks last Friday--I a large ribeye and my guest a porterhouse. Daily specials. Good soups. Bread and other baked goods are homemade. Highly recommended. Tell Susie, "Charlie sent me."

Service was awful felt like we where being rushed to order, eat an leave. Food was greasy and dry how they managed that I have no idea. Will never go back!

Worst service by the waitress. Girl say us and got our drinks waitress took order brought food and never came back by far the worst meal and service we had in the UP. Won't return for sure.
