Ludington's Premier Steak and Seafood house overlooking lake mi.

We are the only place in Northern Mi serving USDA Prime Dry-Aged steaks that are aged in-house. Taste the difference of a 24 days aged steak.

THE DRY-AGED REVOLUTION
Until the 1960s, nearly all beef in America was dry-aged. Then the invention of vacuum packaging launched an era of wet-aged beef, embraced by meatpackers because meat aged faster and retained more water weight (hence, more profit). The dry-aged revolution has redefined everything.  Only the top steak houses attempt this process, in fact, there are only a few restaurants in the state of Michigan that advertise dry-aging, most are located in a major city and order in their Dry-Aged beef. Timbers is one of the first in Northern
Michigan to Dry-age in-house. Come taste the difference!

Arrived at our reservation time. Appetizer was cold & uncooked. We never received our Prime Rib & Filet because we left after a 1 hour & 10 minute wait; watching those before us still waiting. Worst part...nobody cared! I do not recommend

This is our 3rd time. First 2 times were very good but last night was bad. Hour wait for food except the salad was out in 15 minutes. Six meals and 3 were cold. $230 was not worth it last night.

The service was great, the food was terrific! We have been enjoying the food in Ludington for many years, Timbers is by far the best!
