Horrid. Owner and managment are horrible people. They dont care about the dining experience at all and are very combative on any complaint. They don't care and the hotel they own is quite gross, makes you wonder if their kitchen is that nasty also.

The waiter was great but the hostess was horrible. The person was a tall, salt and pepper haired man that need multiple class in customer service. We waited for an hour and 3 people's name was call and ours was not. When my husband asked him about it the couple that came after us told the hostess that we were there before them and he told my husband that he called our name awhile ago which he did not. He then settled us without an apology. It took forever for our food to come. We both orders an entree and we were supposed to get warm rolls and a vegetables of the day which only my husband got the vegetable and I got none. My rice was luke warm and pasty. It is very over priced for not even a full meal. The only bright spot in our dinning experience was our waiter. He was awesome. The couple that was seated after us was very upset. We were done with our meal and they were just being served. The hostess call the cops on them because they refused their dinner that was being served to them an hour after being seated. Never again would we recommend going to this place.

Horrible service and even worse management. Took forever to get our food and a table that arrived 30 minutes after us got food first. Not to mention the extra attention the manager gave the ladies. Lesson learned will not be returning
