We just had the worst service ever tonight at this restaurant/bar. We've never been there before. Was there for my husband's sister's birthday. Granted there was a few people, we were the second to place our order and the very last to even not get our order until we waved the waitress down and told her we hadn't even received our food after everybody at the table was already pretty much done eating theirs.
When she finally said she'd go back and check on it she brought our mozzarella sticks out that we ordered an hour and 30 minutes prior to that. Then I told her just to go ahead and cancel our order cuz everybody was already done eating. Then she decides she's going to bring it out I told her no I didn't want it cuz I was very very upset. They didn't even offer any compensation. They did remove the dinners from our bill but that was obvious to do.We will not be going back there ever My husband is very upset too. When you place your order a little after 6:00 and you haven't received it at almost 7:30 that is just terrible. Only reason we never asked earlier is because she was bringing out the rest of the family's meals one at a time so we thought she would be bringing our soon but she didn't. Very very disappointing cuz I had heard such good things prior to tonight.
