Amazing food and service!

We just had an awful experience at the Windjammer. Horrible service and a manager / owner that didn't care and was condescending and rude! We have a seasonal slip at the harbor and could have been frequent customers. Waiter couldn't give information about the gluten free items. Had to request several times that he ask as I have food allergies. Then he comes back with partial information because he says the kitchen is busy and he can't get more information. Brings wrong drink order. After 15 minutes of waiting and watching the ice melt in the drink my husband had to go to the bar to fix it. 30 min later still trying to order dinner. Again, food allergy issues, restaurant wouldn't substitute anything so if I wanted a side with my burger the burger would cost me $21. Asked for manager. He was rude, condescending, rolled his eyes and couldn't care less that there were problems. We paid for our appetizers and left 😑

The price is right. If paying upwards of 30 dollars for an all you can eat brunch of the highest quality is not something you want to pay for, I would suggest that you go to either Denny's, or a Waffle House where you would be more comfortable.

My 2nd time here. This time for brunch. I was excited to see Salmon, and pierogis, blueberry printzs.
I was disappointed that the potato cheese pierogis were Mr Ts or Gordon's. They should have the real polish made farmer cheese, kraut and potatoe cheese. And browned. We didn't know the Sushi bar was in the other room, waitress didn't mentioned it. Price was very high. brunch in Frankfort, looking at Lake Michigan, and Ludington, was 18.95 and 21.00, person. My dinner last summer outside was lovely.4star for that.

I would like to thank the crew on Saturday afternoon for taking the time to help my granddaughter when she was injured while swimming. You all went the extra mile to help and calm her and a special thank you to the young lady that gave my granddaughter her hoodie to keep her warm! God bless

Love the food, great menu choices, like the casualness of it---but can someone wash the windows, to improve an already great view.
