Mackinaw City may not be a culinary capital, but Taste of Asia surprised us with some delicious offerings that definitely hit the spot after a day of sugary treats! We dove into the curry peanut pad Thai, which was tasty despite the noodle-to-curry ratio being a bit off, and the chicken fried rice was a hit, especially with the kids. If you find yourself in the area and craving some flavorful Asian cuisine, this place is worth a visit for a quick takeout fix!

The portion size and flavors at this restaurant were acceptable for Mackinaw, but might not satisfy those accustomed to more diverse city options. The Curry Peanut Pad Thai we ordered had an imbalance of noodles and curry, requiring us to share and finish most of it. Despite the slight disappointment, the overall taste was enjoyable, though the noodles did clump together due to the unequal ratio of ingredients.
