I recently visited a Mexican restaurant in Midland and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and service. Although closed on weekends, the establishment offered quick and efficient service reminiscent of a fast-food joint. The pricing was reasonable, with most dishes under $10, making it a great value for the delicious meals served. My go-to order is the combo taco and enchilada plate, consistently prepared to perfection.

No wonder first lady Laura Bush used to visit the place, delicious food, fast service and very nice atmosphere to dine and enjoy with your family and friends. Plus the prices are very competitive.

I went to carumbas about a year ago. I ordered nachos for lunch, when I was about a quarter of the way through the plate I noticed a really long black hair. Completely grossed out! Today for lunch I wanted nachos. I wanted Jorge's but did not have time to drive all the way to get them. I debated calling in an order to go at carumbas because of the hair a year ago. What could the chances be that it would happen again right? It happened. I will never eat here again, I am completely and totally grossed out!
