We went on a Friday night at 6:30, and they were packed. They're in a new location now, and their new place is really nice - pretty atmosphere. The pianist needs to turn down the volume on her keyboard. It's nice to have live music, but when you're sitting close to it, it's too loud. We've eaten at Italian Village many times, and we think the food is very good. I've traveled in Italy, and their food is authentic Italian food, so don't expect Americanized spaghetti and meatballs. The Pollo Murphy (spicy) is delicious. They have a good wine selection. Don't pass up the bananas flambe' for dessert!!! It's delicious, and they make it at your table if they're not too crowded to be able to bring the cart over to your table. They were very busy when we were there last week, but our service was still good. It's a nice place to celebrate a special event with some of the best atmosphere in west Texas.

Good food, BUT the owners are totally rude and obnoxious. When it's closing time you best be out, otherwise the owners will glare at you until you leave!! Mannie is an idiot. He has made a scene in front of us (customers) more than once. Our friends had made the same comment after being there one night. I will NOT be back.
