I've visited Pho Viet a handful of times now. At first, I wasn't sure about the pho broth, but it's grown on me. The portions are generous and the beef, meatballs, and noodles are always cooked just right. My favorite is the P1 pho with sliced beef, meatballs, and tendon. I also tried the A12 Banh Mi once, which was good but not the best I've had in town. The service is quick and the food gets the job done when you're craving it.

We are regulars at Pho Viet Milwaukee Branch located near Pacific Food. Mostly satisfied with the food quality and quantity, their papaya salad is a complete disappointment. $12 for shredded pickled carrots and papaya and poached shrimp is not what traditional papaya salad is . And no adding Thai Basil doesn't make it any better. There was absolutely no flavor at all.
