From the moment Andy welcomed us at the front desk with his infectious enthusiasm and local tips, I felt at ease. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic perk, making our adventures around Milwaukee effortless and enjoyable, while the charming Art Deco decor added a unique touch to our stay.

Upon arriving at the Ambassador Hotel, I was warmly greeted by Andy at the front desk who not only had a positive attitude but also shared hotel history and local eatery recommendations. The room with the king-sized bed was spacious and clean, and the staff, from the shuttle driver to the cafe specialist, provided exceptional service throughout my stay.
