I had an incredible dining experience at Filippo's with my family. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was outstanding. It's a warm and inviting establishment that I can't wait to visit again.

I love the food but if the rude kids continue to answer the phone by saying 'hold" and immediately place me on hold one more time I will forever boycott. It's rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Learn how to properly answer the phone when customers call, this happens every single time and it's beyond frustrating

Went on Saturday night at about nine. Waitress came up right away for our order. Told her we just arrived and need just a minute. She didn't come back for fifteen minutes. We've had their Pizza before and it always was good.Not last night the crust was so hard and way too thick.I don't remember their original crust being so thick .It wasn't even cut all the way through. Again crust way too hard and waitress way too slow.

My husband and I have never eaten at the restaurant, always take out but the food is consistent and absolutely delicious. This is definitely the place to go for quality pizza with fast delivery. The cheesy garlic bread is also fantastic.

Went there on a Saturday night at 6:15pm and although it was dinner time, we didn't feel like it was crowded. HOWEVER, we had the worst service. Our soups / drinks took a long time to arrive so our dinner was really dragged out. I guess that would be ok if it were a "date" dinner, but when a family shows up with a 6 year old, keep the meal moving. We had to literally find the waitress (who we couldn't locate and had to tell the hostess) that we needed our check. Then we asked for bags for our carry outs. Once again, had to locate our own bags and were given attitude when we explained our concerns.
On the other hand, the food was delicious and plentiful. With dinner it comes with bread, soup AND salad. The portions for dinner were very generous, so left overs are a treat. I would highly recommend calling In an order and eating In the comfort of your own home.
Food was GREAT. Service NOT.
