I never updated my thoughts since my last visit in November when I had the Italian Stallion burger and the Brown Cow dessert. The burger, with its pork patty, mozzarella, mushrooms, giardiniera, and marinara on ciabatta, was one of the best I've had, with a great mix of flavors and textures. The skillet red potatoes were a tasty side, and the Brown Cow dessert was like a root beer float, which I really enjoyed. The place was nicely designed, and we had a fun time during happy hour, where we tried some delicious cheese curds and corn dogs.
