During a recent trip up north in the fall, I visited a local bar called The Squirrel Cage for lunch. Despite being understaffed, the bartender was friendly and the food, such as the Snow Cap burger with mushrooms, onions, Swiss cheese, and sour cream, was satisfying and reasonably priced. If you find yourself in the area, The Squirrel Cage in Willow River is a great option for a hearty meal in a cozy small-town setting.

OMG...I used to love coming here, the last couple years it seems like nobody wants to work... slow staff when not busy....
