My fiancí© went to your store at Clearwater MN and waited in line with three cars ahead of him, when he finally got up to the ordering screen they told him he need to wait for them to take his order, 5-10 minutes passed and he asked them if he could place his order they said no. Another 10 minutes passed and he asked if he could order and no one responded so he waited and about 5-10 minutes later they finally said they could take his order they were very rude and unprofessional. He asked him how much longer it would be to get his order if it placed his order and the employee said I don't know there are only two cars waiting for food. (Which they were waiting there for about the same time my fiancí© was) they said they were not going to give him a discount after waiting for 30 minutes in line and they put on another person(possibly the manager) and all they said was bye to him. I have never in my life heard of such horrible service and that is coming from someone that works in the service industry and has seen and heard of many horrible experiences. They did not apologize even once for the wait or bad experience. I expect some retraining and they will never be getting our business again.
