Celebrating an anniversary & ordered take out - hot & sour soup was terribly bland and food was terrible!!! Heard it was under new management.... no excuse. Will not be back

I was hoping for some good Chinese, did not get it. Dried rice was missing any veggies, none, only a strange brown color, no egg, or onion or flavor, it just tasted old, I meant to say fried rice, but dried will do. Chicken was chewy and old tasting. So a waste of money.
