Some of the worst service I've experienced in years, We sat waiting for our entrí©e for an hour and 50 minutes and decided not to wait any longer. They ruined my appetite.

I've debated all day about sending this email. I wouldn't be able to count how many times I have eaten at N.R. over the years, and haven't had one negative experience. We ate there for supper last night, celebrating our 9th wedding anniversary. It was a disappointing experience for $60. We both ordered prime rib and it lacked flavor and was so tough we could hardly cut it. My husband's first bite got stuck in his throat and he wasn't able to eat any more of the meal. It didn't loosen up until we got back home in Brainerd. We brought the leftovers home with us but he was afraid to try eating any more, so it was tossed in the trash.

An annual visit to Norway Ridge does not disappoint. Ordered the usual favorite walleye dinner (pan fried) which was excellent! Highly recommend for great food, "Up North" ambience and service!
