I love the food here but the customer service is horrible. I went here the other night and ordered 3 sandwiches and waited for over an hour. The person who waited on me said my order fell under the stove and they did not realize it. okay mistakes happen did they rush order, no, I waited another 1/2 hour and then the waiter advised he put a note on my file under my phone number and when i called for a delivery, (they have delivered to me in the past) told me i was out of their range. Nice, and now there is also no note for my free pizza. bummer no more pizza barn for us either!

I have been order there for years and for the 1st time I am disappointed. Had to throw most of the Pizza out because the crust was still dough. Nasty

called in supper last night at 7: 30 pm they told me 30 min for delivery, 2 hours later i called to ask what happend to my order, it never got turned in to the cook,. WTF NO MORE PIZZA BARN
