We have been dining at Russell's for 30 years and have always had wonderful food and great service, until our recent visit. The service was awful, the food was worse than the service. Prime rib was tough and grissly, broiled shrimp dried out to crisp, baked potato luke warm to say the least, sirloin filet tough. It will NOT be our restaurant of choice in the future. SAD
