Braxton provided exceptional service at the diner, attending to our needs with a genuine smile throughout our meal. The quality of the food surpassed our expectations, with flavorful dishes and generous portions that were well worth the affordable prices.

We never have issues getting our food on time, and the service has always been polite. I have never had a bad meal there.

Really! It is a shame that Jackson does not have a good breakfast place. As much as I want to patronize a local establishment... Embers is a highway 90 greasy spoon. Ask for well done hash browns - its like they purposly make them raw. Loud waitress was very nasty and impolite. This place is for people driving by that will never return the locals know better, It is sad and too bad... Not recommended by locals at all!!

Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Bathrooms as dirty as an outhouse. Ordered food and didn't get some of the meal(the salad) but was told afterword that "you could take it home in a box." Were with a group who ordered malts and my son (6 yrs old) ordered a sundae, all the overweight adults who ordered a "perfect couple" (burger with malt) got their ice cream, but the little boy was told they were out of ice cream (without an apology). Then they asked if he wanted anything else and he ordered a $5.00 PB & J. The PB and jelly was so thin you could see the bread through it. The bread was so dry it crumbled in his hands when he picked it up. When we complained, the waitress said: "but we didn't charge you for the ice cream." Doesn't even deserve one star.

When I think of Embers, I think of good breakfasts and pancakes.
But this time, dirty silverware and undercooked pancakes. Still, the edges of the pancakes were delicious.
Hopefully Embers can clean up their act and bring breakfast back.

In my hotel, the information stated that this Embers was open until 10pm. The sign on the door said they were open until 9pm. I walked into the restaurant at 8:10pm and was told that the kitchen was closed.

The bathrooms are terrible here! Seriously I would rather have peed outside! But if you can get past that its pretty yummy.
